This 45 minute ab workout will push your body’s ‘hard to tone’ region to a new strength level.

As we all know, our heart runs the internal organs of our body, just like our CORE runs the outside of our body. If your abdominals are strong your entire body will be strong! This fabulous ab attack class will strengthen and tone up your entire core including lower back, upper abs, lower abs, obliques, hip flexors and more. This 45 minute ab workout will push your body’s ‘hard to tone’ region to a new strength level. Great for every age, shape, and strength level.
