This class is high energy, booty-shaking, hip popping fun! Zumba® can help tone up your entire body and develop cardiovasculer endurance all while you’re dancing yourself to a healthier you. In one hour you’ll sweat, de-stress, immerse yourself in the music, and get into a better shape. No matter your dance level, age, shape or size you are welcome to join in!
