Angie Jablonski has been all over the U.S. promoting health, fitness and wellness for 27 years. Angie not only teaches, coaches and trains fitness and wellness, she lives it. An 8-time marathon runner, 2-time tri-athlete, cancer survivor, single mother of a college academic athlete, a BS in Physical Education/Minor in Health, personal training/group fitness certified through AFFA/ACE/ACSM/NASM, 9 years of health and wellness guest speaking with doctors of all practices/community groups, 9 years of medical assisting PCP’s/MD’s/Sports MD’s/Chiropractors/Gyne’s, 5 years a volunteer fire fighter in Indiana, 3 years substitute teaching K-12th grade/Special Ed in Indiana, 10 years of coaching experience with football/soccer/running/tri-athletes/swimming/gymnastics/injury prevention-cross training camps, 9 years of in-home personal training and rehab, 6 years of cardiac rehab (phases 1-4), 4 years of recreational therapy for the handicapped/disabled and co-writer/co-producer for Health and Lifestyles Weekly-a television fitness magazine show.
