Let me first say that I am so happy that you are reading my bio right now because that means you are thinking about or have decided to take action to improve your health and your overall wellbeing and this type of action by you motivates me to show you that it is possible to live a healthier lifestyle with some regular exercise, dietary modifications, and of course a positive attitude. I am a NCCPT certified personal trainer. I also graduated with highest honors, Suma Cum Laude, from National University of Health Science with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science. No matter what your goals and dreams may be from weight loss, toning, strengthening to reducing blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar numbers, I will take it on as a personal goal of mine to do as much as I can in order for you to reach your goals because there is nothing more satisfying to me than seeing results and seeing the faces of people whose lives have been changed by reaching their goals. If I had to describe the type of personal trainer I am in five words I would say fun, caring, educational, creative, and motivating. I am not the type of personal trainer who is just with you for an hour a few times of week in the gym. I work hard around the clock to answer your questions and concerns when you are not in the gym and send friendly reminders to stay on track on your fitness and diet plan. Besides being a personal trainer I take interest in my own personal nutrition and fitness habits. It is important to me to practice what I preach by setting an example for all my clients to show what a healthy lifestyle looks like.
